What is the Best Price Guarantee?

https://www.hotelkaktusplaya.es, like any other Kaktus Hotels site in any language, shows you the best net price for all online room bookings by offering you the best net price found plus a €2 discount on the net price, in case you find a cheaper net price on the Internet that meets the same booking conditions (specified in Terms and Conditions). In case the fare details are not visible or the fare includes taxes, the price difference due to erroneous or incorrect rounding will not be considered. To be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee, the price difference must be greater than €2. Differences of less than this amount will not be considered.

* Online claims for the Best Price Guarantee can only be submitted by the person who made the booking (who can also be the guest). No other person may submit claims on behalf of the guest listed in the booking.

Conditions to be met by the Best Price Guarantee

The customer must make a confirmed booking through the website https://www.hotelkaktusplaya.es or any other Kaktus Hotels website. Any rival price on another website must match the conditions of the net price booked on https://www.hotelkaktusplaya.es:

• same hotel
• same type of room and same type of bed
• same length and stay dates
• same conditions of sale, conditions of cancellation of payment, conditions of prepayment, conditions relating to changes in the booking, etc.
• same number of guests
• same currency
• The price must be accessible to the public via the Internet and verifiable by Kaktus Hotels
• The comparison rate must be net of taxes associated with the city/country in question or other taxes associated with the room rate
• Rates for which the best price guarantee will not apply
• Non-publicly guaranteed rates (such as negotiated rates; group rates, corporate rates, etc.)
• Rates corresponding to opaque websites (Internet pages that do not identify the name of the hotel, the exact address or room availability until the user has paid for the room/s)
• Rates corresponding to “promotional packages”
• Rates where there are errors on the website at the time of the query or booking
• Tariff changes related to currency exchange rate fluctuations and/or differences
• The exchange rate must be the same as the one to which Kaktus Hotels was subject at the time of purchase
• Offline rates
• Fees for pages offering checkbook services

Other aspects to take into account

Kaktus Hotels cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for penalties or other costs or expenses that may arise from the cancellation of bookings or errors when publishing prices of third parties.

In the event that the Best Price Request covers multiple nights, the Best Price Guarantee will be applied to the resulting final price for the entire stay and not to any partial price for specific nights.

Kaktus Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions governing the offer.
